Who we are

As central Ohio’s finest builder of custom homes, Ralph Fallon Builder, Inc. continues a tradition begun by his grandfather, Ralph Schirner Fallon, a noted custom home builder who built many of the stately homes located in Bexley and Upper Arlington – homes that even today comprise the beautiful landmarks of their respective residential areas.

Inspired by his grandfather’s artisanship and his love for the business and craft, Ralph founded his own business in 1978.  Since then, Ralph Fallon Builders has built and renovated the area’s finest custom homes and unique commercial projects in Grandview, New Albany, Worthington, Dublin and Delaware County.

While many changes have taken place in the homebuilding business.  We still believe the most important principles of homebuilding are those that inspired and distinguished the work of Ralph’s grandfather – most notably, uncompromising integrity, single-minded attention to detail, and a conscious effort to limit the number of projects so that attention can be given at the home site each day and to the customer during each step of the building process.

In 1984, Ralph also founded Schirner Cabinetry, which is dedicated to creating fine cabinetry and furniture for homes built by Fallon Builders. Schirner Cabinetry was created to allow Ralph Fallon Builders to offer its clients uniquely designed and crafted cabinetry and woodwork that is tailored to the customer’s and architect’s vision. Ralph believes the woodworking details are the hallmark of a custom home and that it is the uniquely crafted woodwork that gives a home its distinction.

The truest and most tangible testimonial to our work are the homes themselves and the professional references of the architects and interior designers with whom we have worked, but more importantly our past and present client themselves – all of whom are listed in our customer reference list.
