Today, more than 45 years after founding his business, Ralph Fallon is regarded as the premiere builder of custom homes in Central Ohio.  His homes can be found throughout the area including Delaware County, Dublin, New Albany, Grandview, and Upper Arlington.  In the past 45 years he has constructed many of the homes in New Albany Farms, Stonegate Village in Grandview, and country homes in Delaware County and Kitzmiller Road in Licking County.  Many of his homes have been featured in such publications as Architectural Digest and Columbus Monthly.

Many changes have taken place in the homebuilding business since the 1930’s; however, Ralph Fallon still believes the most important principles of homebuilding are those that inspired and distinguished the work of his grandfather – most notably, uncompromising integrity, single-minded attention to detail, and a conscious effort to limit the number of projects so that attention can be given at the home site each day and to the customer during each step of the building process.
